1/2 cup raw cashews
1 ripe banana
1/4 tsp lemon juice
dash of salt
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup fresh berries (or frozen and thawed)
Puree banana in blender until smooth. Add cashews, salt, lemon juice and water. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate at least one hour to allow mixture to thicken. Top with berries or blend berries into mixture.
*I also add a probiotic powder so that it has the same digestive benefits as real yogurt.

I don’t see why not. You would just need to find a way to extend the shelf-life. I’m fairly certain that in order to seal something like this you’d need to heat the container which would somewhat cook the product and therefore could no longer be sold as “raw”. It also turns a little brown after being refrigerated- just because the bananas turn brown so it doesn’t alter the taste or safety of the food only the visual appeal.
