No Bake Cookie Bites

2  whole wheat or gluten free graham crakers, finely ground

1  Tbsp nut butter

1  Tbsp raisins or chopped dates

2  tsp honey

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  Form mixture into 2-4 cookies and then press lightly into flaxmeal, chia seeds or shredded coconut.
