Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

1        Tbsp butter, melted

1/3    cup honey

1/4    cup Dijon mustard

4        tsp curry powder

1        pinch ground cayenne pepper

4       skinless, boneless chicken breasts

–        salt to taste if needed

1.  In medium bowl combine the butter, honey, mustard, curry and cayenne.  Mix well.  Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour mixture over chicken.  Cover and place in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.

2.  Preheat oven to 375°F

3.  Remove dish from fridge and bake covered for 15 minutes.  Remove cover and bake 10-15 minutes more or until chicken is cooked through.
