Wow… talk about a busy day! I feel like I haven’t stopped moving since I jumped outta bed this morning. Now it’s only 7:30 and I feel ready to get back in.
After work I headed over to the gym to teach my Tone & Sculpt class. My abs always get a little extra workout from all the laughing that goes on. I love the fun group of ladies that go to my class 🙂 By the time I got home I was sooooo hungry! Good thing I had plenty of veggies on hand for one of my favorite quick meals.
I cooked up some spaghetti squash, sautéed an onion, added chopped mushrooms, spinach, diced tomatoes, chicken sausage and seasoned it all with oregano, crushed red pepper and basil. Delish!
