Power Yoga!

Class last night was a sweaty success!  I think everyone was challenged by some of the poses but hopefully felt GREAT after!  I love tough balancing poses like Eagle or Dancer.  You have to completely clear your mind and remain present or you’ll topple over.  Here’s a little peek at the studio:

Before class I had a sweet snack of rice 3 crackers with this really tasty jam I just bought (sweetened w/ Xylitol which is actually good for your teeth, unlike refined sugar) plus a cup of green tea and banana.

This morning was another quick bowl of granola and now I’m off to the gym for a Tone & Sculpt class and some cardio!
