Tip #8:  Try something new

Experiment, challenge yourself, try something fresh and new!  This could be a new food or new recipe you’ve wanted to make, a new activity, new place, new music…  Think of one way you can challenge yourself today or bring some freshness into your day!  It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut and bored with things so shake it up any chance you get!

Yoga Pose of the Day:  Bakasana (Crane Pose)  Approach this pose with an open mind and a sense of humor 🙂  It’s challenging but that’s what makes it so fun!

I started my day with a few new foods…  a little glass of coconut milk kefir and a bowl of oatmeal with a sprinkle of chia seeds.  Both delicious!  What else should I try today?

    I love So Delicious coconut milk kefir! I’ll bet it tastes great with oatmeal and chia seeds. I’ll have to try it. Have you tried Cool Coconut Amazake? So good!!!
