Tip #7: Eat what you love
Don’t get me wrong I REALLY enjoy fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean protein but I LOVE chocolate! I believe that a truly healthy diet must include foods that may not be the highest on the nutritional value scale but are the highest on your taste bud scale 🙂 A big mistake people make when trying to lose weight or simply clean up their diet is to completely eliminate certain foods. Declaring them off-limits only makes you crave them more; possibly leading to overindulgence. Bon appetit!
