Feel’in Good!

The weather here all week has been so gorgeous, but I haven’t felt much like getting outside.  Lucky for me today looks to be just as beautiful and I’m feeling MUCH better! 

Since this time of year getting sick seems pretty unavoidable I thought I’d recommend an immune boosting yoga sequence instead just one pose.  Try it out to get  the systems of the body working in a way that supports your immune system.

To start my day I had flax waffles with sliced banana, cinnamon and maple syrup along with a cup of chai tea.
