My brain got a good workout today learning more about how to use AutoCAD (a computer aided drafting program). Fun but challenging! It feels good to just chill out now that I’m home.
Lunch was tuna salad with tomato, shredded carrots and oregano; carrot sticks and crackers (was on quite the carrot kick today). I snacked on some homemade applesauce later and dug into my new favorite “chip” on the car ride home. These things are so good!!!
Dinner was leftover curried butternut squash soup and salad. I added a little too much cayenne though… very spicy!
